During this past year many improvements have been made to the Pembroke Fitness Centre. One of the noticeable upgrades was the new colours which are seen in the video.
During the time of video production our videographer was not able to capture one of the most popular areas of the fitness centre; the salt water pool. This was due to pool maintenance which is regularly performed. The pool is where we offer low impact exercising or therapy that requires the benefits of salt water. Our personal trainers may include this in your custom routine depending on your fitness needs.
