Healthy Peanut Butter Cups

  • 70 – 90 % dark chocolate ( I prefer the Laura Secord 70%)
  • 1/2 TBSP ED Smith Syrup
  • ½ TBSP either almond, coconut or oat flour
  • ½ cup of natural Peanut butter

Mix syrup, flour and peanut butter together. Melt chocolate in the Microwave.  Put the mix in small baking liners and top with chocolate.

Put in the fridge to set.
