I love the cardio classes that provide appropriate and motivating music for high and lower intensity options. It allows participants to choose their level and enable them to push themselves when and if they are ready. 30 mins of cardio followed by 30mins of weights/stretching is my preference. I spend less time fumbling over the location of my weights when the cardio is all in one segment. Tracy, Marg, Donna, Nancy and Tammy have so much experience and give outstanding cardio classes. They make teaching look easy (which it is not). Less experienced cardio instructors can learn a lot from them.
